    Ryan DeneckerRyan Denecker was born and raised in Manhassett, New York, and relocated to Vermont in 1995 with his family.

    Ryan comes from a family in the car business, joining the ranks in 1998, spending time as a sales person, sales manager, and service manager before finding his current position as used car manager at Heritage Toyota in 2009.

    Ryan is not your typical New England football fan, as he spends his seasons cheering on the Miami Dolphins

    Ryan doesn't have a dream vehicle, but his day-to-day ride is no beater; he takes a 1998 Audi 2.8 Wagon to work every day.

    Peter MickelPeter Mickel is one of many native Vermonters on the Heritage Toyota staff. He was born in Rutland, and moved there permanently from Whitehall, NY with his family in 1960.

    Peter has been in the car business since 1985, having spent all but one year at Heritage. He has since served as finance manager and sales person.  Peter has many memorable moments from his years in the business, but one stands out - test driving, selling and then toasting a new vehicle with a Czech couple.

    When he is not on the sales floor, Peter enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, skiing, which he recently took up again after a 20 year hiatus - and snowshoeing in the winter and biking and kayaking in the summer.

    Peter is a lifelong fan of the New York Giants and Boston Red Sox, and currently drives a 2010 Toyota Corolla to back and forth to work.

    Jason QuennevilleJason Quenneville is a Vermont native, born and raised in Middlebury in 1980.

    Jason began his time in the car business in 1998, spending time as a salesperson, used car manager, and finance manager, before finding his way to the H-Team in 2010.  In his time in the business, one experience stands out:  Jason once delivered a new truck to a customer's house and took an SUV and three piglets in trade, selling them at the dealership for $75 each.

    When he's not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and then camping, and satisfying his adrenaline fix by riding his ATV and water-skiing.

    When it comes to music, Jason enjoys the Black Crowes and Jack Johnson, and while he drives a 2007 Toyota 4Runner back and forth to work, his true driving tastes are a little more classic:  Jason one day hopes to own a 1957 Chevy Belair.

    Mary RodriguezMary Rodriguez is quite at home in the Champlain Valley.  Born in Ticonderoga, New York, she still lives in Essex, New York, and works in the sales department at Heritage, where she has been since 1987.  In her years in the car business, Mary has been an office manager, receptionist, and service secretary, before joining the H-Team and becoming a finance manager.

    In her down time, Mary enjoys gardening,  exercising and listening to music, especially Cindy Lauper.  She also volunteers with the SPCA.

    Mary is also a football fan, spending her fall and winter weekends following the New York Giants.

    Mary can be seen making her morning commute in a 2007 Toyota Camry, but she would like to someday own a BMW.

    Nick ZagresNick Zagres is a native of Cheshire, CT.  He calls Upstate New York home, but chose to come to Vermont for employment opportunities.

    Nick has been in the car business since 2001, and has spent time as a sales manager and finance manager before joining the Heritage Toyota sales team in 2005.

    Nick's sports allegiances follow state lines, as he closely follows the New York Yankees.

    Nick can be found driving one of two vehicles back and for the to work, a 2006 Ford Fusion, or a 2003 Toyota Sequoia.

    Jeff joined the H-Team in 2007, spending time in financial services and as a salesperson, before taking up his current position as finance manager.

    When he's not crunching numbers, Jeff relaxes by cooking, skiing and working on his house. He also follows the New York Yankees, and enjoys listening to all types of music.

    Jeff's main vehicle is a 2010 Toyota Camry, but he hopes to one day own an Aston Martin DBS Volante.

    Paul ColemanPaul Coleman is a native of Providence, Rhode Island, but has called Vermont home for 40 years, coming here to go to Johnson State College in 1970.

    Paul is a veteran of the automotive business, joining the Heritage team in 2000.

    Paul spends his spare time playing golf, practicing photography, mountain biking and cooking.  He is also a baseball fan, spending his summers following the New York Yankees.  Paul also enjoys listening to music, especially his favorite musicians, Sting and Steve Winwood.

    Paul finds himself lucky enough to currently be driving his dream vehicles to work every day, because he drives a Toyota.  He chooses between a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and a 1999 Toyota Camry to make his daily commute.

    John DeWildeJohn DeWilde was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has called Vermont home since 1990, finding the change of scenery he was looking for after attending college in Hawaii.

    John's first car sales position came at Heritage - he joined the H-Team in 2007.  John's most memorable experience at Heritage was once having to help dig out the lot after a week of heavy snow.

    John spends his time outside of work writing music, mountain biking.  He especially enjoys the relaxation his hobbies bring him.

    A true musician, John's favorite music is changing constantly, never settling on one band or musician for long.

    While John's daily driving needs are satisfied in a very down-to-earth manner - he drives a 1999 Toyota Corolla back and forth the work - his dream vehicle is out-of-this-world: George Jetson's hovercraft.

    John DiamondJonathan Diamond is a true Vermonter, born and raised in Burlington.  He moved away for a short time, and found his way back at age 21 in 1985.

    John has been in the car business since 2003, holding two other sales positions before calling Heritage home in 2005.  In his time as a sales person, his most memorable moment was watching a new car buyer cry as their old car was taken away.

    When he's not working, John spends his time shredding on the slopes in the winter, and sitting in the sun on his boat in the summer.

    John is also a sports fan, and spends his sports seasons following the teams from New York, the Giants and Yankees.

    John spends his time on the road driving a 2005 BMW 328xi, but dreams of spending his time on the lake, and hopes to one day own a huge boat.

    Michael DykstraMichael Dykstra is a native Vermonter, who called Middlebury home growing up.  He has only recently found his way into the car business, joining the Toyota sales team in January of 2011.

    Michael spends his time outside of the showroom as a fireman at the Ferrisburgh Fire Department.  He has spent since 1993 in fire service, and spent 10 years as Chief of the New Haven Fire Department.  Michael also enjoys coaching basketball in his free time.

    Michael spends football season following the Patriots. He also enjoys listening to all kinds of music.  

    If you see Michael on the road, he'll be easy to spot.  His day-to-day vehicle is a 2004 GMC 2500 Heavy Duty truck.

    Eleni FloydEleni Floyd is a native of Lefkas, Greece, but has called Vermont home for many years.  When asked what brought her here, she jokes, 'A plane.'

    Eleni is a veteran of the car business.  Beginning in 1993, Eleni has spent her whole career as a salesperson at Heritage.  She has had numerous memorable experiences over the years, simply too many to list.

    In her free time, Eleni enjoys reading and spending time outdoors in all seasons, snowshoeing in the winter, and kayaking, hiking, and gardening in the summer.  Eleni's favorite musician is another native of Greece, Mikis Theodorakis.

    A Toyota driver at heart, Eleni has a 1998 Toyota Corolla she brings to work every day, and she dreams of one day owning a Scion xD.

    David JuenkerDavid Juenker has called Vermont home his entire life, calling the Green Mountain State the 'land of his parents choosing.'  He came back to Vermont in 1994.

    Dave is a veteran of the car business. Beginning in 1990, he has spent time in various positions through the years.  He found a home at Heritage, selling Toyota's in 2001, and began immediately piling up memorable moments, but his most memorable is once having sold an FJ Cruiser to a businessman from Panama, who enjoyed his experience so much, that he flew home and referred his friend, who then flew to Burlington to buy one for himself.

    In his spare time, Dave enjoys watching sports - he follows the New York Giants and Yankees - and playing golf, photography, mountain biking and cooking.  He also enjoys listening to music - his favorite bands are U2 and Mark Knoffler.

    Dave is a Toyota driver at heart, and believes that any Toyota would be a dream car for him.  He has the pleasure of driving a 1999 Toyota Camry every day.

    Mason MaltaisMason Maltais was born Framingham, Massachusetts, and spent his childhood in Millville, Masschusetts.  He has called Vermont home since 2007, coming here to be with his wife and to study engineering at UVM.

    Mason is new to the car business, joining the Heritage Toyota sales team in March 2010.  His most memorable moment in the business came the first time he helped someone get into a vehicle that made them so happy that they couldn't stop smiling and didn't want to stop driving the car.  He is proud to be able to help his customers with one of the biggest investments they make.

    When he's not helping customers, Mason enjoys watching sports - he follows the Red Sox and Patriots - as well as bowling, playing tennis.

    Mason's 2009 Toyota Tacoma satisfies his daily driving needs, but he has his eyes on owning another vehicle some day: A Magnetic Gray Metallic Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition with the KDSS package.

    Conor spends his time outside of the showroom playing and performing music as part of fellow salesperson Ryan McCrea's band, Cash is King.  He also enjoys playing golf, and hiking with my dogs.

    Conor is a true New England sports fan, following the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics.  He also enjoys listening to music, especially the Pixies.  

    While you'll find Conor driving back and forth to work in his 2010 Scion xD, it's clear he'd love to be on the water, with hopes to own a 30 foot sailboat someday.

    Sue RobinsonSue Robinson joined the Heritage Toyota sales team in 2010 after nearly seven years in the auto industry, all of them working in sales.

    The highlight of her work for Sue is the faces and voices of the customers she has had the pleasure of working with who have enriched her life in unexpected ways. She finds that as long as her customer's needs are met, she is happy.

    Sue actually purchased her first car from Heritage in 1970, and she is proud to be back, this time working for Heritage.

    When she's not selling cars, Sue enjoys the excitement and adventure of many outdoor activities, including riding her horses, as well as spending time with her family.

    Caitlin is new to the auto industry, joining the Heritage Toyota sales staff in 2011.

    In his spare time, Caitlin likes to stay active, spending her time as a personal trainer, teaching a boot camp class, as well as playing on three soccer teams.  She is training for her first marathon in November 2011.  She loves the fact that her hobbies help keep her healthy, as well as the team atmosphere they have.

    Caitlin is a baseball fan, who follows the Boston Red Sox.

    You're likely to see Caitlin driving her 2003 Honda Civic around town, but she dreams of one day owning a Toyota 4Runner.

    In his spare time, Adam enjoys getting outside, spending his time playing basketball, golfing, fishing, gardening, snowboarding and cooking.

    Adam is also an avid baseball fan, following the Philadelphia Phillies, and his favorite band is My Morning Jacket.

    If you see Adam around town, he'll likely be behind the wheel of his main ride, a 2006 Toyota Corolla S, though he dreams of owning another Toyota, a 2011 Toyota Venza.

    Steve is a veteran of the automotive industry, having spent three years in the parts department at the local Subaru dealership, after returning from the Army in 2001.

    Steve's most memorable moment is much like many sales people: his first sale; a young family whose children were very excited to take a ride in their new car.

    In his spare time, Steve enjoys going to sporting events and concerts as well as traveling.  He is also a live long football fan, spending fall and winter following the Patriots, as well as an avid chess player.

    If you see Steve around town, he's likely to be cranking The Rolling Stones in his 2007 Mercedes Benz C280 4Matic, though he dreams of someday owning a Ford Mustang GT500.
