To schedule your service appointment online follow the instructions below:
1. Select Guest or Returning User, enter your vehicle information and click Next
- 2. Select advisor
A: If you need an oil change and/or tire rotation, select 1 Oil Change & Rotate Only
B: If you need ANY OTHER service, please select 3 Other Services
- 3: Transportation
A: If you are dropping off your vehicle for the day, select: None - Drop Vehicle
If you are scheduling a drop off appointment, your vehicle will be available for pick up at 5PM, unless you are otherwise notified by your Service Adviser
B: If you are waiting at Heritage while we service your vehicle, select: Wait for Vehicle
- 4: Date & Time
A time slot that is Red is NOT available. A time slot that is Green is available.
If you need to move to the next month on the calendar, click the Next button located just above the calendar
- 5: Click the blue Next button on the bottom right
- 6: Primary Concerns
Select the appropriate service listed by clicking the box to the right of the service description. If the service you need is not listed describe your concerns in the general service request box
- 7: Click the blue Next button on the bottom right
- 8: Enter your contact information (only if you are scheduling as a guest) and click the Confirm button.
