The Basics


Healthcare

All employees can choose from medical, dental and vision plans. Heritage contributes a portion of the weekly medical premium to offset the costs.

Health Reimbursement Account

Due to rising deductibles, Heritage offers to pay a portion of your deductible through a health reimbursement account.

Flexible Spending Account Options

Employees can set aside $2,550 annually on a pre-tax basis for approved health care expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent care reimbursement.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Employees can set aside pre-tax money in our 401k plan after a year of employment with us. The company provides a 50% match on pre-tax contributions up to 6% of compensation. Employees are fully vested in the company match after 5 years of service.

Life Insurance

Employer paid benefit to all full-time employees for $50,000.

Supplemental Insurance

Coverage is offered through Aflac at very low rates to all employees.

Vacation Time

Vacation time is immediately accrued on a monthly basis. For the first 0-5 years of service the accrual is 8 hours per month and after 6+ years of service the accrual is 10 hours per month.

Paid Holidays

All employees will receive 8 paid holidays per year.
