In light of the recent COVID-19 situation, we have taken serious measures to review our operating procedures. Our goal will be to provide you with the best service possible, while following social distancing procedures, and providing a touchless experience. In an effort to continue to serve our community, while maintaining the need to contain the spread of germs, Heritage Toyota is following the below protocol for attending to service appointments for the foreseeable future:
Our hours are changed You’ll notice that we have made a reduction in our hours of operation. Until further notice, we will be accepting appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
We’ll be administering extra cleaning and disinfectant protocols Every car will be thoroughly disinfected upon receipt, as well as right before delivery back to the customer.
Outdoor vehicle drop off There is no need to walk or drive into the building to drop off your vehicle for an appointment. Use our night drop system. Just drop the keys in the box with your notes—and we’ll take it from there! We will be checking our after hours drop box every ½ hour for vehicles being dropped off outside.
A service advisor will contact you via phone or text with any questions or to seek approval for repairs/maintenance.
When your vehicle is ready to pick up, we can stage it for you with the keys and paid invoice in an agreed location. For invoices with an amount due, we are now offering a pay-by-text option, with a secure credit card payment so there is no need to have a transaction in person with cash or a card. We will text you an invoice and amount, just click the link to pay. If there is no charge, such as warranty work, just let us know we can leave keys in the vehicle and we'll let you know where it's parked.

Conveniently located on Rt. 7 in South Burlington, the H-Team offers a wide array of services from oil changes and wheel alignments to battery maintenance, brake service, and Vermont state inspections. We also service all vehicle makes and models, not just Toyotas.
Heritage Toyota also offers the H-Team Oil Change Punch Card, which allows you to buy 5 oil changes at full price and get your 6th oil change free; ask any service associate for more information. Also, with the purchase of any Heritage Toyota vehicle, used or new, you are automatically enrolled in the H-Team Owners Club Vermont State Inspection Program, which entitles you to one free Vermont State Inspection each year for as long as you own your vehicle.
Complimentary Shuttle Service - Currently Uavailable

Whether you are dropping your car off for the day or waiting at the dealership, we strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible. If you decide to drop off for the day, we have two courtesy shuttles that travel throughout the greater Burlington area.
When a driver drops you off, you schedule a time and place to be picked up and he will bring you right back to the dealership to your freshly-serviced vehicle.
Peace and Quiet While You Wait - Currently Unavailable

If you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, we have a lounge with free Wi-Fi, satellite television, and complementary Green Mountain Coffee Roasters coffee. If you're looking for a place to get some work done, we have an additional quiet lounge where you can find the peace and quiet you're looking for.

Our new state-of-the-art service center boasts 30 service bays, 2 alignment racks, 3 fast track service stations and more parking. This equates to a shorter waiting period for an appointment (especially around snow tire season), a more sustainable building, and an all around better service experience for you, our customer. We will be able to service over 100 cars per day with more than 20 experienced, ASE (Auto Service Engineer) certified and Toyota factory trained technicians, including 4 Master Certified technicians. All of our technicians are ASE certified, which means you will always have a qualified technician working on your car. Many other companies that offer just oil changes, or tires, or inspections don't offer that.
