I did really like buying my car from Heritage, everyone was really nice especially Mason, and I got a great deal, however their service department I think could use a bit improvement.  I understand that want to make sure they're doing good business, but it's annoying when you have to call like 2 we...eks in advance to make an appointment, especially when it's something that you may have just noticed and should be looked at right away.  And then when I did take it in to get it looked at they had my car all day, and then when I finally got it back I noticed they took the sticker off my windshield from my recent oil change that I got done at Oil N' Go, which I only went to because Heritage is always so booked up so far in advanced and I don't always know my work schedule that far in advanced.  I know it might not sound like a big deal but it is very irrtating that that was taken off when they had no reason to do that.
