Rather than toss around empty superlatives, let me share my wife & my experience which included Joe Mount's attention to our needs starting a 8:30am and not ending under we test drove 3 vehicles, negotiated in good faith on two of them, and signed an purchase agreement after 5pm the same day. In addition, the dealership's finance team stayed late - estim 7:30pm - to finalize our loan and finalize our ability to drive home our new Tundra that very same evening!! Meanwhile, while we were with finance, Joe helped clean out and transfer our personal items from our trade in vehicle to our new truck! It was an overall great experience with Brian at Toyota. Welcoming atmosphere and Brian was incredibly helpful the entire time making sure I was comfortable and understood everything going on.

Lindsey was amazing through the whole process. She kept me updated the entire time and answered questions quickly. I got weekly updates on the build to when it was sent on a vessel, till it was on a truck. Once it was on a truck it was daily updates. I got pictures as soon as it arrived. Followed by a phone call. She got me in to buy it a few hours later and made the process smooth. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Definitely will be going back to her for my next vehicle in the future.

Loved working with the seales person Brian but the title delay was poorly handled by the finance department.A tank of gas didn't make up for extra trips and stress that caused me especially given the money I spent and 10 yrs of loyalty I'm offering them. It was disappointing.

I’ve had my rav 4 for 13 months. Out of 365 days Toyota has had my car for 221 days fixing MAJOR warranty things. We now are in our 6th rental and just went to our gas in and it’s not taking the gas and it the level for the gas gauge is broken plus no snow tires in Vermont where I have kids had they know my kids are in the vehicle….. I’m beyond frustrated, it’s problem after problem constantly.
