Heritage Toyota's UPDATED Service Procedures

Our showroom is now open, with limited capacity and by appointment only, in accordance with social distancing and occupancy guidelines. Contact a member of our sales team to schedule an appointment. Vehicles are available for test drive, and are sanitized between appointments for your health and safety.

Limited members of our service and parts personnel are on-site and working, to accommodate service appointments, however there is no indoor access or waiting areas available. Additionally, our shuttle service and rental car operations have been temporarily discontinued.

Things To Know Before Your Appointment

- Inspection Appointments: If your vehicle is due for a Vermont State Inspection by April 30, your due date has been extended to June 30

- ToyotaCare Maintenance Appointments: If your appointment will be covered under ToyotaCare, please know that ToyotaCare coverage has been extended to include services up to 28 months/28,000 miles

Hours: We are open 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday only.

'Waiting' Appointments: We urge strongly against waiting with your vehicle. We currently do not have an indoor waiting room available and wait times may be longer than under normal circumstances. Please consider consulting the weather forecasts and rescheduling if necessary. 

Shuttle: We do not have a shuttle service going right now.

Check In: We have a table out front to check in during our current business hours. There are envelopes, not a person, as we are practicing social distancing. If you are dropping off your vehicle before or after business hours, please use the black night drop off box, located to the right of the service entrance. We will call you to review anything that needs review.

NEW - Pre-Check In Option: You can now pre-check in for your appointment. Your appointment confirmation email will contain a link to a form for our new pre-check in process. If you do check in ahead of time, there is no need to use or fill out our drop envelope - put your key in your own envelope or bag with your name on it, put the envelope/bag in the box.

Check Out: If you have a charge, we have pay by text available. If you use that option, we will leave your keys and invoice over your visor. If you have no charge, we will leave your keys and no charge invoice over your visor.

Please keep in mind this is not business as usual. We are striving to do our best with a difficult situation, and we ask for your patience with us.
