Things To Know Before Your Appointment
Hours: We are open 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturday .
Service Shuttle: We are currently not offering shuttle service. Please plan accordingly.
Alternate Transportation Options: Heritage Toyota does offer rental vehicle options, should you need transportation while your vehicle is with us for service. A license, insurance valid insurance card and credit card are required in order to take a rental vehicle
Vermont State inspection Guidelines: We can not perform a state inspection without your valid registration and insurance. Please ensure that you have this information prior to your appointment.
Diagnostic Fees: Any vehicle concerns needing evaluation and diagnosis are subject to a diagnostic fee. Please make sure you speak with your service advisor for details prior to diagnosis or repair is performed.
Check Out: If you have a charge, we have pay by text available. If you use that option, we will leave your keys and invoice over your visor. If you have no charge, we will leave your keys and no charge invoice over your visor.

We know that it can be hard to find the time to bring a vehicle in for service to Heritage Toyota. By offering this form to schedule service, you can make the appointment at your convenience. Just because our physical, brick and mortar location has business hours, our website is open 24 hours per day. Once we have received your request for an appointment, a qualified member of the Heritage Toyota Service Department will contact you for confirmation.
