Our showroom is now open, with limited capacity. In accordance with South Burlington city ordinances, facial coverings are required. Contact a member of our sales team to schedule an appointment. Vehicles are available for test drive, and are sanitized between appointments for your health and safety.
We now have an indoor waiting area available. Please note however, that in accordance with city ordinances, capacity is limited, and facial coverings are required. Additionally, our shuttle service has been discontinued until further notice.
Things To Know Before Your Appointment
- Face coverings are required if you wish to enter the indoor areas of the service department, including the service lane or the indoor waiting area
Hours: We are open 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturday .
'Waiting' Appointments: Wait times may be longer than under normal circumstances. Please be aware that although our indoor waiting area is available, it is occupancy is limited, due to current city ordinances. We are also providing a small outdoor waiting area, however we encourage you to consider consulting the weather forecasts and rescheduling if necessary.
Check In: We have a table out front to check in during our current business hours. There are envelopes, not a person, as we are practicing social distancing. If you are dropping off your vehicle before or after business hours, please use the black night drop off box, located to the right of the service entrance. We will call you to review anything that needs review. If you wish you drive in to the service lane to drop your vehicle off, please enter through the right hand entrance. We are only able to allow two vehicles in at a time.
NEW - Pre-Check In Option: You can now pre-check in for your appointment. Your appointment confirmation email will contain a link to a form for our new pre-check in process. If you do check in ahead of time, there is no need to use or fill out our drop envelope - put your key in your own envelope or bag with your name on it, put the envelope/bag in the box.
Check Out: If you have a charge, we have pay by text available. If you use that option, we will leave your keys and invoice over your visor. If you have no charge, we will leave your keys and no charge invoice over your visor.
Please keep in mind this is not business as usual. We are striving to do our best with a difficult situation, and we ask for your patience with us.
